New Hotel Opening: Towel & Linen Order Planning

Create a room-type schedule

Separate standard rooms, suites and accessible rooms if they receive different quantities or dimensions. Record bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats on individual lines. For each line, multiply the number of rooms by the pieces allocated to that room type.

Compare two bathroom size groups

The compact group is 12×12 washcloth, 16×27 hand towel, 24×50 bath towel and 20×30 bath mat. The larger group is 13×13, 16×30, 27×54 and 22×34. Decide the intended dimensions before choosing brands so the purchasing schedule does not mix similar-looking but different items.

Add laundry and reserve stock explicitly

As a planning example, 50 rooms with two bath towels each require 100 bath towels for the first room setup. If the operation chooses three complete setups for rooms, laundry and reserve together, that example total is 300. Your own laundry turnaround and service standards determine the number of setups.

Convert the schedule into orderable packs

Divide the required pieces by the exact pack size and round up. Standard Textile Room Ready for You lists 300-piece 12×12 washcloth cases, 180-piece 16×27 hand-towel cases, and 60-piece 24×50 bath-towel and 20×30 mat cases. The collection name identifies the product line; confirm preparation and delivery requirements for your opening.

Coordinate the opening order

Buy the towel items below or send the complete schedule with product references, quantities, destination ZIP code and required date. For bedding, use the hotel sheets category. These listings are individual products and selected packs; any pre-kitting, room-by-room packaging or installation requirement needs a separate availability check.

Shop the selected towel collections

Product cards show current catalog prices. Choose “Select options” to pick the exact item and pack, review its selected price and add it to your cart. Quantity 1 means one selected pack. Collection items are sold separately; shipping and tax are calculated for your order.
